Overview

Exam PDF provides browser-based tools that let users process their own files - such as compressing, splitting, merging, converting, cropping, or blurring documents and images they choose to work with. We do not host a library of question papers, textbooks, or other copyrighted material ourselves, and most tools never receive a copy of your file in the first place, since processing happens locally in your browser.

However, where any part of our Service does involve content that a copyright owner believes infringes their rights - for example, sample material, organizer listings, or any user-submitted content displayed through the Service - we will respond to valid takedown notices in accordance with this policy.

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that content accessible through Exam PDF infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our designated contact (below) that includes the following information, consistent with the requirements typically expected under copyright law:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, including, where possible, a copy or link to the original work;
• The specific location (URL or page) on Exam PDF where the allegedly infringing material is located;

How We Respond

Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material in a timely manner. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to us containing:

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review counter-notices in good faith and may restore the material where appropriate, consistent with applicable law.

Repeat Infringer Policy

While most of our tools do not host or store user files, where the Service does allow submission or display of content, we reserve the right, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to restrict or terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of the intellectual property rights of others.

No Endorsement of User Content

Any third-party or user-related content that may appear in connection with our Service (such as sample listings in the Previous Year Paper Organizer) does not represent our endorsement of that content's accuracy, legality, or ownership status. We act only in the limited capacity described in this policy when copyright concerns are raised.
